I am Jamey Kistner. I am the host of Threat Watch, but more importantly, I am the architect of the machine behind it.

Why listen to me?

My background is not academic. It is operational. I started on the shop floor as a machinist, teaching myself CNC programming from floppy disks in 1996. I spent years in high-precision manufacturing, coding for aerospace components and Dodge Viper crankshafts. In that world, logic is physical. If your code is off by a fraction of an inch, the machine crashes.

I brought that zero-tolerance mindset into the cybersecurity world. I have spent 25 years standing between high-precision systems and disastrous outcomes.

I once stood before a Board of Directors to advise on a 25 million dollar contract. After analyzing the tooling and facility capacity, I told them to turn it down. I saved them millions in retooling costs because I valued operational reality over potential revenue.

I lead with that same transparency today. Everyone is trying to sell you a new AI tool or a cloud platform. I am here to provide the cold, hard feasibility assessment that saves you from making an expensive mistake.

Velocity as a Weapon

I have been “monitoring the wires” since 2009. Back then, I was scooping industry legends on their own news by watching PR feeds in real time. Today, I’ve built a Sovereign Intelligence Grid that turns raw data into a broadcast-ready briefing in under two hours. We are on the air with actionable intel before the traditional blogs have even finished their first draft.
